Rice residue refers to the filtration of rice by liquefaction of a-amylase to remove the residue of liquefied liquid. The rice slag, the sugar factory, the glucose plant and the pharmaceutical factory all use rice as raw material for production. It is a pity that this rice residue is often regarded as a waste residue that is released with water and is not fully utilized. If the rice residue is fermented into a complex high-protein feed, its protein and various amino acid contents are greatly improved, which is equivalent to fish meal. The process is as follows:
1. Crushed slag: The crushed slag is treated by crushing and smashing the rice wet sugar slag. The method of crushing the slag is to stir about 500 kg of water per 100 kg of rice wet sugar slag. Drain the slag and drain excess water.
2. Saccharification: The pH is adjusted to 4.5 with hydrochloric acid, and the saccharification enzyme is added when heated to 40 ° C to 50 ° C. 200 ml of glucoamylase was added per kg of starch and saccharified at a temperature of 60 °C.
3. Fermentation: (1) Fermentation strain: Geotrichum candidum. (2) Inclined seed cultivation base: potato, glucose, agar, inoculation temperature is 30 °C. (3) Shake flask first-class seed: hydrolyzed sugar, ammonia sulfate, and cultured at 30 ° C for 10 hours. (4) Secondary seed: 50 liter can, magnesium sulfate, ammonia sulfate, hydrolyzed sugar, dipotassium carbonate, adjusted to pH 6.0 with ammonia water, and made up to 30 liters, and cultured at 30 °C. (5) 500 liters of fermentation medium: the wet sugar slag liquid, magnesium sulfate, ammonium sulfate, and ammonia water after pulverization were adjusted to a pH of 5.6, and fermented at 30 ° C.
4. Extraction: After the fermentation is finished, the centrifuge is filtered and dried, dried at 50 ° C ~ 60 ° C, and pulverized to 20 mesh.
5. Finished product: The finished product requires 1.8% water content, more than 65% protein content, 1 time higher than the sugar residue protein, and the amino acid content is significantly improved. It is used to feed livestock, poultry, fish, etc., and the feeding effect is ideal.
